We operate a boutique practice for our patients! Please note our patient criteria are as follows:
• All appointments are video, and patients have an option on our platform to turn off the camera. Audio for connection issues.
• Telehealth is not for all patients – it must be suitable.
• We see safe patients only with value systems against suicide. Our patient’s last true suicidal thought is “never” typically when screened.
• Schedule IV medications such as stimulants, benzos, and ambien are not favored. We adopt modern psychiatry standards, and trials of alternatives are expected of all.
• Our patients do not have a heavy drug (such as opioids) or alcohol use history.
Payments:
• We do not take insurance, but will provide you with a form to submit to yours for reimbursement. All visits are expected to be paid in advance by credit card.
• Our patients have monthly subscriptions for visits minimum as we want to be able to know our patients and our patients know us. Charges occur on the first of the month. You may cancel up to the 7 days prior to end of the month. No refunds will be given as we have reserved this time for you. Additional time will be immediately billed throughout the month, and this and other specific terms will be in your contract.
